The shipping was great (2- 3 days) and I checked everything and it great until halfway through my class, 2 chapters were missing in the book without any pages ripped out. Either it was a misprint or something but it kind of hurt my progress in the class (a lil' bit) but other than that it was fine. <br /> <br />The actual book is fine if someone is teaching/helping you so I guess it does what it is supposed to do. Its a college, who honestly ENJOYS reading their college books??? But I didn't receive the book around the date so I had to purchase one. I contact the sender, someone told me that I can get refund after I receive the book. But until now I didn't receive the book (even I receive it,it was too late) and contacted back to sender, who didn't respond to me and didn't refund me payment. <br /> <br />I'm very disappointed about the sender's behavior and I hope the sender can contact me as soon as he/she can to refund me the payment!!!
